There is no single fixed price, because every top is made to measure. Your quote depends on the stone you choose, the total size of the surface, the edge profile, the number of cut-outs (sink, hob, tap holes) and the installation itself. The fairest way is a tailored quote: share your measurements or photos with us on WhatsApp and we will price your actual kitchen rather than a guess.
Yes. Granite pantry tops are one of our core services, and we regularly work alongside pantry cupboard and kitchen design requirements — for example fitting tops to existing cupboards, or coordinating sizes with your carpenter or pantry designer. Tell us what stage your pantry is at and we will advise what we can take care of.
Yes. We are based in the Kandy area but take on work across Sri Lanka. Measurement, delivery and installation are planned around your location, so islandwide projects are welcome — contact us with your town and we will confirm arrangements.
Both are good surfaces with different strengths. Granite is a natural stone: every slab is unique, it tolerates heat from hot pots very well, and it suits indoor and semi-outdoor Sri Lankan kitchens. Engineered quartz is very uniform in colour and non-porous, but it is less tolerant of direct high heat and prolonged strong sunlight. We work with granite and are happy to explain the trade-offs for your specific kitchen.
Yes. Bring a photo of your cabinets or a small door/drawer sample when you visit, or share clear photos on WhatsApp. Dark absolute-black stones suit most cabinet colours, while lighter champagne and beige granites pair beautifully with timber and cream finishes. We will help you shortlist stones that work with your existing palette.
Yes — this is a specialty. We cut sink and hob openings, drill tap holes, route drainer grooves and finish edges with profiles such as eased, bevel, bullnose and ogee. Clean cut-outs and a well-polished edge are what make a top look truly finished, and we do this work in-house.
Yes. Alongside kitchen work we make granite staircase treads, risers and landings, bathroom vanity tops with basin cut-outs, dining table tops, and bathroom and floor granite work. Each is templated to your measurements.
Daily care is simple: wipe with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild dish soap, then dry. Avoid harsh acidic or abrasive cleaners (strong vinegar, bleach or scouring powders), use trivets for very hot cookware as good practice, and wipe up spills like curry or oil reasonably promptly. Periodic resealing keeps the surface at its best — ask us and we will advise on the right interval for your stone and usage.
It depends on the size and complexity of the job — a single vanity top is very different from a full kitchen with a staircase. Once you confirm the stone and scope, we will give you a realistic schedule for your specific project before work begins, so you know what to expect.
